How we work with you
Planning
WE work with our clients from the initial planning stage to establish the requirements by conducting a medical need analysis, risk assessment and operations plan for comment by SAG.

We then engage with various local authorities to establish vital communication links and establish what local area treatment pathways are availble
Delivery
On the day of the event, our medical team arrives on site and set up ready to operate at the agreed service delivery start time.

Throughout the event our team maintain regular communication with the organisers, sharing statistics and highlighting any health and safety or safeguarding concerns to enable rapid action to be taken to prevent further injuries or issues.

Report and Feedback
Post event we provide a detailed report which highlights the number and types of patients seen and treated and provide detailed feedback on what went well, what did not go well and recommendations for future events to ensure the quality of service delivery is improved for future events, after all we should not be stationary but always driving for improvement.
